Kristen Ross

Kristen has been in the insurance field for 10 + years. Her career began as a customer service representative for an insurance agency and later went on to be a supervisor for a servicing center that handled homeowners policies for UPC Insurance. Currently she holds a 4-40 license. Customer service is very important to her and she strives daily to exceed the customers’ expectations. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends as well as traveling with her husband.
